I am very excited to bring to you our new running sessions #IRunForMe 

So you like the idea of running right? Or have even started but would like to go out with a group of like minded ladies? Then this is the place for you. 

Our coaches have designed a full 6 week plan to help you feel confident to get out onto the pavement. By joining our group we will help with - 

* Your Motivation

* The best ways to get started

* The best foods to eat to help fuel your run and training

* Running safely and avoiding injuries

* Routes to run

* What you can do at home to help improve your running

#IRunForMe are led by Run England Female Coaches who aim to help women run in a friendly, safe and fun environment. Our aim is for you to enjoy running whilst working at your own pace. We are not like any other running club as we work on a 6 week schedule to slowly coach you to help improve your running skills and confidence week after week.

We have a progressive and fun approach so no, you will not turn up on the first session and run a 5km distance. 

As with all our programmes we offer you more that just the exercise session. This 6 week progressive plan will give you all the tools and our specialist coaches tricks to help you enjoy being outside and exploring some beautiful scenery whilst getting the best out of your run. 

Our First #IRunForMe course starts on Thursday 15th September. We will have our special launch price so please keep an eye on our Facebook Page for our official launch. 

Meeting at French Weir Park - Gravel Area on Thursday 15th September at 6.30pm where you will meet your Coach Justine. 

Please bring a Bottle of water with you.
